Contribution to The Burlington Magazine

A scholarly contribution by Dr Ana Šverko has been published in The Burlington Magazine, one of the most distinguished international journals in the field of art history. This is her second contribution published in this journal. The article, entitled “Marco Ricci’s influence on the picturesque drawings of Charles-Louis Clérisseau and Robert Adam”, appears in the January 2026 issue.
This text also represents the twelfth scholarly publication from research conducted within the framework of the HRZZ project “Where East meets West”: Travel narratives and the fashioning of a Dalmatian artistic heritage in modern Europe (c. 1675 – c. 1941) (2023–2027).
