The presentation of the book Watching, Waiting. The Photographic Representation of Empty Places (Leuven University Press, 2023) will take place on Friday, April 19, 2024, starting at 6:00 p.m. in the Oris House of Architecture (Kralja Držislava Street 3, Zagreb).

The conference Ivan Meštrović, Croatia and the World will be held on 26th and 27th February 2024 in the Klovićevi Dvori Gallery in Zagreb.

As part of a retrospective exhibition celebrating the 140th anniversary of Ivan Meštrović’s birth, the Institute of Art History, Klovićevi Dvori Gallery, and the Ivan Meštrović Museums are organising a scientific and professional conference with the aim of reexamining the life and work of Ivan Meštrović (Vrpolje, 1883 – South Bend, Ind., USA, 1962) from new perspectives.

The fourth edition of the international conference Fast Forward: Women in Photography will take place on 16 and 17 November 2023, at the Technical Museum Nikola Tesla, Zagreb.

Public presentation of the proceedings dedicated to Ivan Rabuzin will be held in Croatian Museum of Naïve Art on 27th October 2023 at 12:00.

The annual international conference Discovering Dalmatia will be held in Split from 19 till 22 October 2023.

The workshop as part of the project "Glob_Exchange" will be held in MAZ on Saturday (Pavla Hatza 17, Zagreb) on October 7, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The workshop will be held online on Monday, 25th September 2023, starting at 11:00 a.m.
